How to Book

To attend Baxter & Stephanie's wedding the following information is required to book your space.

* Full Names exactly as shown on valid passport of each guest per room
* Birthdates of each guest
* Full mailing address including postal code
* Telephone number including area code
* Email address
* Departure Airport City eg. St John's, Halifax, Toronto, etc
* Form of payment

Email or the submitting your information through the booking form referenced above is the preferred method of communication because it guarantees correct booking details and spelling of names.

We would like to receive a copy of your passport picture page, which you can copy and send to us by fax at 709 753 9952, by email, or even by taking a photo of it on your phone and emailing it from there.

We need anyone who wishes to confirm with this group to contact us to place a non-refundable deposit of $250 per person, which will secure your seat and your room at the resort.
We are working with a deposit deadline of August 14th, 2014 extended to October 4th to make initial deposits into this group. We will be subject to rate reviews, so it is very important for all who which to guarantee their space and their price to book as soon as possible.

Final payment will be due by April 24th, 2015.
